My Son in Philadelphia bought a new screen door for me via online Lowe's. I picked it up at Maize Rd. Lowe's with no problems. Got it home and realised it was the wrong size. I called the store and spoke to Eddy, over the door dept. he said bring it back, we will take care of it. So I brought it back, Eddy unloäded it, took me back to doors, I chose the correct size, Ēddy took me änd the door to Customer Service. A sweet girl named Cris (I think) helped with the exchange, credited my Son's charge acct. $21.95 and Eddy loaded it on my pickup and I was off , couldn't have had a better experience, I'll always shop at this Lowe's.
Worst customer service and seldom has complete or quantity to finish even simple projects. Management is very poor, employees hard to find and don't seem to want to be there working, and none are educated in their department. I visited this location twice a day for over two and a half years and watched it get worse with each visit, with never an apology for the repeated bad experiences. Try the tru value across the street if you want to remember what customer service is, they get my money now.
Every time I go to get something here, it is "out of stock" or they have to "special order" it. The employee that assisted me today didn't care if he helped or not, or even if I was going to take my business else where. I will never shop at this store again. Poor, horrible customer service!
well my husband and i orderd a front load washer and dryer it took 20min to get some help then when i called to see if it had arived i was on hold for over 20min befor anybody answerd the phone!!!! so i think thay need alot of help in there customer sevice i give a F go some where elce!!!!
