My fiancé and I worked with Barry at Wichita Furniture on Consignent and he was awesome! He listened to what we wanted and showed us a lot of options. We bought our living room set from here and loved it so much we went back for our bedroom set. Today we got our bedroom set and a TV stand. They're awesome to work with and we will be returning for a third time when we need something.

We were rushed in our purchase by Kyler Mabe because he was in a hurry to go out and party. We walked in 30 mins before closing and gave him the information he needed to help us choose the right mattress for us. But he wasted precious time by upselling us first even thow he knew our price range & needs. We ended up purchasing a mattress that felt like a rock & I ended up sleeping on my couch again even though we had a brand new mattress. The following day we returned to the store & the shark manager Mike(?) would not sell us the mattress that Kyler was going to sell us the night before for $700 and with him "paying" the taxes. That was with a mattress protector and a bundle of some kind, Kyler never went into detail about the bundle, he was too busy texting & calling his friend to assure them he was going to be leaving very soon. So we ended up having to pay $905.42 for the mattress that we choose to replace the rock mattress. And on top of that the shark manager refused to give us the one year guarantee back, even though our original purchase had been returned within 18 hrs due to incompetent salesmanship. I have requested a partial refund & the one year guarantee directly from the owner Ryan Baty, who contacted me through email after receiving the bad review I posted on their website. I would also like to state that this is the second bad experience I've had with the mattress hub in less than 6 years. I would suggest going to a reputable company, not one that hires people that are more interested in your $ than your needs. I myself have worked over 20 years in the csr business and I have always strived to please my customers & make sure they leave happy & satisfied in my service. It is a must when dealing with the public that you show the utmost respect & attention to detail to help your customers make an informed decision. I felt that we were judged by the way we were dressed, or looked, or our old beat up pickup we were driving, that is how the shark store manager made me feel. He had no empathy or respect in his cold eyes, only $ signs. It took my husband working 107 hours outside for 2 weeks hard back breaking labor, to make that $, yet in less than 24 hrs the mattress hub took more than they should without one thought of how it would personally affect us even after I explained it.
HORRIBLE experience. We bought a bed and were told we had 90 days to sleep on it and if we didn't like it we could get a refund or exchange it out. We went back to exchange it out because our mattress was sagging and buying an Iseries bed I didn't think we would get that. So we went with a different brand. When we went to pay and he gave us the invoice it was the same price, the brand we went with was almost $1000 cheaper and we asked him why it didn't go down even a little he said because of taxes. NO FREAKING WAY is there that much in taxes. Come to find out they don't do returns and if you do exchange you at least have to exchange for the price you initially paid or higher or you are out of that money. We will NEVER shop there again or recommend them to anyone.
