Stay away from this company! They will not take care of your loved ones as they should! We hired Love My Nurse for my grandma in-law who suffers from Dementia... If you voice concern about the care your loved one is getting Dee Dee will make excuses for the aids not doing their job and or blame their lazy work on the fact that they were only allowed to come out once a day 5 days a week due to Medicare... Megan, one of the aids will leave your loved one in dirty clothes and soaked depends and won't even attempt to bathe them because the mood they are in that day. Oh and she will bring her boyfriends kids with her to your house and let them sit outside in the car. So she will rush out of the house and won't take the time to care for your loved one because she is too worried about the kids in the car and the plans that she has! Which I feel is so unprofessional to bring kids or anyone to the house where you know you will be working (or should be working.) I just don't think that represents the company very well and doesn't show very good professionalism for Megan. Makes me question how often she was rushing off and not giving my grandma in-law the care she needed because she had kids in the car?! ...We also had Elizabeth an LPN come out 2 times a week to fill the pill container and call in refills when needed. Which she did a pretty good job of. But she will turn a blind eye if she comes over and sees your loved one in a soaked depends and or in dirty clothes and will continue to do her job filling the pill container and walk right out! She won't even attempt to help change your loved one and or call Megan (the aid she works close with) to let her know that she is needing cleaned up! Even though they communicate often by phone calls and texting! I would look elsewhere for care for your loved ones. I regret ever hiring them to "help" because all they did was cause more work for us and hassle than it was worth. You have been warned!

The company lacks professionalism! Lack of communication between facility .employees. and clients!
I went to the business on Wednesday; they claimed that they did not have any of the monitors for an overnight oxygen level observation at that location, & that it would have to be delivered. It was to be delivered the next day; it wasn't. Then the NEXT day; it wasn't. Finally got it delivered the 3rd day. After completing the test & calling for them to pick the unit up, they have called every day of this week to say that they would be by to pick it up. On the 2nd no-show day, I called & asked where it needed to go, so I could deliver it myself. It was the original place that told me they didn't have any there. (steam out my ears!) They said they would notify the service that I brought it in & they wouldn't need to pick it up; however, Thursday, they came to pick it up, 2 days after I had taken it in myself. They were never unpleasant in any way; however, in that business, I have to say that I think competence is a must, & being nice doesn't make up for the lack of same.
Very professional and compassionate staff. They really went the extra mile to accomadate us in every way possible. I can not thank them enough.
I had a rather poor experience with a former home health assistant. She was the worst person I've seen. She always put her wishes ahead of mine such as pointing to her hands to indicate that I hand over my watch, mobile phone and glasses. I find that insulting and humiliating!! I think the person should not be a good home health aide permanently!!!
Just be careful with this agency talk to case managers before you use them. I wish that we have its been a really bad experience. The owner is not caring or willing to keep her word. The hospital case managers told us to change company asap so we did. No stars
If I did not have to give a star I would not they do not deserve one star buyer beware this company is so unprofessional the owner is so rude the staff makes people and there clients fell like they don't care because they don't care about the care they give all they care about is the bottom dollar if they can't make money off of it they don't want to help you I will look at a different home health agency before I would ever use this company ever again I do not recommend them because of the staff being rude and the owner being a liar just saying
The costumer service at Absolute Home Health Care was the worst I have ever received. The receptionist was more than rude and it seemed like she never wanted me to contact them ever again. I have seen other reviews of this business that also talk about how poor it really is. If you enjoy being spoken to in a condescending tone and feeling unimportant, then this is the business for you.
