don't pick up deliveries when promised, leave parts/packages unattended, several items come in damaged. You get what you pay for!
no wonder people don't ride the bus anymore these fools have what can only be described as the worst customer service on the planet. they have an incomprehensible automated system and if you want to speak to a real person , forget it !!
HORRIBLE!!! DONT EVER use them! I call, and I let it ring til the answered, then someone answered, didn't say anything, and set the phone down. I said "HELLO!" and nobody answered. So I waited a few mins, all I heard was the workers talking about their day and how 1 of them had a migraine, all while waiting for me to hang up. So I yell through the phone "ARE YOU GOING TO ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE?" And they hung up. This was an hour ago and the line is still buys. They don't give a damn about anybody but themselves. They refuse the answer the phone. WHY ARE THEY EVEN GETTING PAID? They are lazy a-holes!!!!
Actually there should be no rating for this location. Avoid this location at all costs, the station manager and most of the employees look like meth heads. The station manager thinks he's above the law and can discriminate against passengers while invoking Greyhounds wide scoped Zero Tolerance Policy, when a passenger states they will call the corporate office about rude and careless drivers. So watch out for Ken the manager if you ever travel through this station
No longer a 24 hour station. Closes @ 6pm. Opens @230am; closes again @345am til 9am then reopens for the day. Employees are nice but not all-star customer service people. They try to keep it clean for the most part.
