The staff seems pretty nice but really are not trained very well. The center is pretty but that is about it. There are a couple of nurses that are decent but some that need to move on. The food is heat and serve. Not a homemade taste. When I first got here I was suppose to have my pain medicine at 6:30 but didn't get it till midnight. I am trying to give this place a fair evaluation. They do allow you to bring your animals up to visit. I did like that. I miss my dogs very bad!! If someone is very ill then I don't think it would be a good choice. If they can fend for themselves then it is ok. I hope this helps.

Axiom Healthcare Services cares about their employees and residents. My grandmother was a resident at Reed's Cove for a short period of time. The atmosphere is welcoming with beautifully built and decorated facilities, not overwhelming or stressful.
I love coming to see Dr. Gadalla. He is a wonderful Dr. Who listens and tries to help in any way he can.
I feel very discouraged after reading some of these reviews. I hope everyone reading this will look at the big picture and realize these comments were made 2 years ago. A lot of good things can come about in 2 years. My sister just passed away at sandpiper after a long battle with dementia. I spent the last 3 days at her bedside and I couldn't help but feel guilty for not being there more often even though she didn't know who I was when I did visit. I worried she felt lonely but after spending those last days with her, I was blessed to realize just how amazing the staff really is and how much they loved her. They made a nursing home feel like a loving home. I wasn't going to mention names but I've always been a person who believes good work should be appreciated. One of the night nurses, Erin was by far the best nurse I've ever met. Her level of compassion is unmeasurable.
I go there for the best care ever!! Everyone really cares about you!! Treatment excellent!! Have been there many times and never been dissatisfied!!
Reeds Cove Rehab has got to be one of the worst places to send you loved one in Wichita, KS. Staff seemed very nice until we admitted my grandmother. Especially, the business office manager. I couldn't believe the owners would hire an employee with such hatred & disrespect towards other staff members as well as patients families. Here's the truth... the courtesy of staff ends as soon as you admit you loved one. Once they have you hooked, they no longer care about the patient's needs.
The service was great, the doctor, nurse, and staff were efficient and friendly. I recommend it for basic urgent care.
Great nurses for after care. Very personable.
We had to fire Dr. Janna Chibry, Ob-Gyn from being my wife’s primary physician. She was terminated because of the deplorable customer service from Heartland Woman’s Group, not from her own incompetence. Janna was very professional, but we simply couldn’t take the Ill treatment provided by “Kelly” her office manager, or head nurse on call, or whatever her title is. My wife had just given birth to our second daughter a few days ago, my wife’s third cesarean and was running out of pain meds. Jenna promised my wife that she would adequately ensure proper pain management during postnatal. My wife called Heartland on Saturday morning requesting additional pain meds. Kelly returned my wife’s call and said Janna is not to be disturbed on the weekends and if my wife didn’t want to take aspirin, then to go to the emergency room to get another pain med prescription. When I heard the voicemail, I immediately called Kelly back to make sure I understood her correctly. I questioned how she could suggest we take our newborn who is hours old (and our two year old) to go sit in an emergency room with whooping cough, TB, SARS and every other germ floating around so my wife could get pain meds, or was she suggesting my wife drive to the emergency room alone while under medication after just being released from the hospital? This suggestion was absolutely absurd, insulting and ludicrous. I am hurt and furious. My wife has never taken pills in her life (other than post-surgery) and as for me, I have never had a cold or the flu or been sick in my life and I’m 48 years old. Making us feel devalued, unappreciated and to feel like drug addicts for asking for a prescription is deplorable. Kelly refusing to contact Dr. Chibry to have her author another prescription so I could go pick it up is unacceptable. Kelly is obviously the “pride and joy” of Heartland Woman’s Group so we will not be going back there while Kelly’s professional demeanor and customer service acumen is the standard Heartland is proud of. Don’t worry Dr. Chibry as an IT executive, I hire my own problems as well. The only difference is when someone I hire for a team I put together treats my clients or customers with the ill-respect you obviously condone, I dismiss them. I can also see by the other review on "Yelp" for your Group that my wife and I are not the only ones who find your staff (Kelly in our case) incompetent, insensitive and audacious. In your defense, we did and do like you, but we simply refuse to let Kelly treat us this way as we have far too much respect for ourselves. I do not speak for my wife, this is my review of your Group's customer service.
I'm sure the treatment works...IF YOU KNOW TO WHAT YOU ARE MOST ALLERGIC. Treatment for each allergen category is over $100--worth it, IF YOU KNOW WHAT TO TREAT. I spent $165 to learn I am allergic to 'some degree' to items in over 40 categories! They should have provided info on degree of sensitivity. As it was, I felt cheated. I was no further ahead.
