Don't waste your time. Sales associates were rude. The store itself is unshoppable. Dresses are packed so tightly onto the metal pipes they use as racks that the dresses are almost impossible to look through. Some selection in the $200-400 range, but most were over $500. No pictures due to "copy right laws?" Yet they could take a Polaroid, which they grabbed out of your hand if you left the store without the dress. The fitting room area was tiny, and room to actually have anyone else looking at the dress was very limited. The store was dingy and musty smelling. Un fathomable how they stay in business.
Some of the nicest and most honest people I have ever worked with! Beautiful dresses and SO many to choose from! Nothing but good things to say about them! Don't judge a book by its cover!!! We drove all the way from Kansas City, and we WILL do it again!
Don't judge a book by it's cover! The outside isn't much to look at, BUT there is a ton of dresses in all sizes, colors, styles and prices. If you are a "princess" and looking for everyone to fawn all over you, go to the expensive shops. Yes it is tight, but make an appointment early during the week and you'll have plenty of time to plow through all the selections. The sales ladies knew just what I wanted and helped me in and out of all the dresses I tried on. They were kind, offered suggestions and something to drink to me and my maid of honor. They offered lay-a-way so I could afford the dress I loved. Alterations were good AND the seamstress made an over jacket from a picture I had to go with my dress.I won't need another wedding dress, but I have some parties to go to and Parrot-Fa-Nalia is my go to place.
A hoarder's dream come true. Cramped, old, dirty, smelly, dress shop. There were dresses for miles, but I could not even look at one of them, they were shoved on the rack. Too much stuff and not enough room, very overwhelming! And the customer service is lacking in so many areas! Do not waste your time even walking in!
Rude sales people, very non professional. Don't waste your time going here. My daughter and her friends had an awful experience. These people know nothing about Customer Service.
To say I was unimpressed is being generous! The bride for a wedding I am in bought her dress from there and we purchased our bridesmaid dresses from there. The sizes they had to try on were very limited. When being fitted for bridesmaid dresses we were measured at the FRONT of the stores counter, very unprofessional. When I was measured I was measured incorrectly, asked them to measure again. After fussing she complied and she was 2 inches off on my waist. When we got the dresses my zipper was broken on my dress and another bridesmaid didn't fit into her dress. When they took her bust measurements again they told her that she was 3 inches larger. Then they proceeded to tell her that she must have grown. I'm sorry but NO ONE grows that much in a matter of months. The reality is that they mismeasured and they failed to compensate for their mistakes. I was told that I was the one who broke my zipper when I had never previously tried on that dress nor had anyone else. For as expensive as that dress was I was not impressed with the quality or the store. They are very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful in the slightest solving our dress issues and they refused to compensate for their mistakes. I absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed with my overall experience.
Thank you soooo much to all the ladies at The White Dress! They were so patient and kind in finding me the perfect gown- and for only $600! I am so excited to wear my dress!
This bridal boutique is awesome! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at The White Dress. Kelly was the consultant that helped me and she was so patient and had great suggestions for me. I was nervous because I am plus sized, but the store had a wonderful selection at good prices. These girls made dress shopping a breeze- I wish I would've went here first!!!
My daughter found a great wedding dress at a even better price
Unlike the big stores, Parrot-Fa-Nalia keeps a nice inventory of rentals for those of us that find ourselves in a pinch. A buddy of mine realized that he didn't have dress shoes for a wedding he was supposed to be in and called me in a panic. I then made one phone call to Parrot-Fa-Nalia, told them the situation and shoe size (BTW it was 15) and they said "No Problem, it's in stock and you can come pick it up." Whew... crisis diverted. Thanks to the nice ladies at Parrot-Fa-Nalia
