I took my disabled nephew there for a haircut. I went and sat in my car and my wife walked in to see if he was ready to go. She sat down and couldn't believe what she heard. A barber named Floyd Holloway and three other barbers were standing around making fun of my nephew. Needless to say, I will never take him back to this shop again. These people were very unprofessional to say the least.

I have used your salon for years only because I'm always strapped for cash. nine times out of ten I only get a mediocre haircut but in the past year I have not found a stylist that seems to know how to cut hair correctly.for the last 5 years I have always gotthn a clipper cut. now that I am getting older I look better with my hair a little bit longer. after one of my haircut about 6 months ago I decided to let it grow out. I went in and ask for a scissor cut they took so much hair off that I had to let it grow out again. I finally got it to a decent length. I started getting a lot of complements about how nice i. Looked. Well it came time to get it cut again for management meetings out of state. I got it cut and left town. The next morning when I tried to fix it I discovered that the sides were not even at all. I couldn't believe that the lady who cut it left pieces a quarter inch long next to pieces that were up to three inches long. What a mess it was. I had to buy gel and a bottle of spray to plaster it down all week. When I. Got back to Wichita I asked for it to be fixed. They wouldn't do it unless I paid full price. obviously I was very upset that went ahead and let them do it and paid full price. They gave me another cut and this time it was worse. I let it grow out some and went to a different location. They cut it and left the left side of my hair three and four inches longer than the right side. The next day I called and they said come on in and theyd fix it. When I went in I told the lady over and over the issues. The left side was longer than the right and the way it looked reminded me of a wedge cut on the back left side of my hair. Apparently the lady didn't. Know my right from hers. When she was done the right side of my hair was an inch long. The left side was two and a half inches longer than the right. The bangs were one quarter of an inch long above my right eye. They were three and a half inches longer above my left eye. Well I can't even explain without posting a pic how awful it was. I was so mad I wanted to sue. I would have won. I had to go to an upper end salon to get it fixed. I lost a day at work because I could not go in public and represent my place of business. It cost me $45.00 to fix the cut your salon gave me. I just can't believe you would let people represent your business that do not know how to cut hair. I think if you saw the pic of what your salon did to me each time you would start terminating employees left and right. People's hair is very important. It's. What everyone sees. It makes a person confident or self conscious. I still feel like sueing. Like I said they cuts I have been recieving especially in the past year have been deplorable. You should be ashamed of a good part of your stylists at the two different locations I haved used. My question is what are you going to do to make things right with me? I intend to use fantastic sams in the future. I don't to have panic attacks and start hyperventilating every time I get a hair cut at your salons.
Don't go there, there's only like one good barber. I remember I asked for a specific hair style and he just rushed through my haircut and Gave me hair style that was horrible and that I did not want! I was almost embarrassed to go in public.
Love my girl here!! She is awesome and soooo fun to talk too...she always cuts my hair perfectly and I go home knowing I wont need to "fix" it myself!!
Run away and that's so sad because I have gone to them for over 12 years. I use to live by them but no longer will use them. The stylist are always changing. I have gone to Seneca location and the stylist had to redo my hair because it was orange. Needless to say I was not happy but went with red to avoid looking like a carrot. I decided yesterday to try the Broadway location in hopes it would be better and that was a even worse choice to make. I know look like I have two inches of orange regrowth all over my head and that took her two hours and I spent another hour for her to try and re fix it. Needless to say it still looked the same but I refused to sit all day in her chair in hopes she could actually fix it and or that my hair would not be falling out. Sorry not taking that chance or wasting anymore of my time. Needless to say I have to get it fixed but no one is open on a Sunday. I only went in to have a few white hairs covered up. What a waste of my Saturday it was and I feel even worse about myself when in fact women go to get their hair done so they feel refreshed and better. I guess if you like to waste money, looks worse check them out.
The manager of this store told me she doesn't care if she angers a customer or not. They talked my minor daughter into buying some shampoo and conditioner when she had a hair cut. The stylist told her she could return it if she didn't like it. She decided she didn't like the price and never used the products and when I tried to take them back today the manager said they were on clearance and didn't care what the stylist told us. I don't remember seeing a sign. Just remember when they cut your hair - They don't care if they make you happy or not. BTW - I had receipt too.
The people in the salon are so welcoming and nice! I felt at home while getting my color. Definitely will return.
I have used Great clips for all my Hair cuts for a long time at different locations.On Sunday Jan.27th I had my hair cut at this salon. I told the girl I wanted it layered cut with razor and I asked if she knew how to do it and she said yes. Then for few mins she just kept pulling up pieces of hair saying it wasnt even ,then she said that she didnt like how the razor cut looked that it looks stupid. I then thought to myself maybe I shouldnt have her cut it. but...I sat there..she then asked if she could first cut top with a point cut to get it how she liked..I thought she would then do the rest with razor but she didnt..also at first I told her she could take 2 inches of because it had been awhike since I had a cut and it was long and she didnt seem comfortable with that so we went with 1 in.. I am glad of that. I got home and got to lookin closely and Im not happy with it at all.I guess all I can do is wait for it to grow out again
