I had been a patient with Moeller for a couple of years, but when I made an appointment last year, I was billed as a "new patient," even though I wasn't. I have repeatedly tried to get this corrected. Talking to their billing office is like talking to a brick wall. I have repeatedly told them I will gladly pay an adjusted billing, but they refuse. They have submitted now submitted my "account" to collections. I am NOT happy. I will NEVER use their services again. PS The treatment I went in for? It didn't work...and I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Not happy.
I had a horrible experience at this clinic. I had spots on my skin that I was told by 3 other doctors was a fungus because I couldn't seem to get rid of it they suggested I see a dermatologist. I saw Dr. Passman and he didn't even really look at the spots and insinuated it was all in my head and tried to be funny by saying it's not all in your head it's on your face. Then he had the audacity to tell me that it was dry skin and to just use lotion. Don't use this doctor. He's doesn't take the time to figure out what's wrong, he's arrogant, condescending and ultimately did not help! And on top of everything the nurse had someone that she was training and the two of them just stared at me the whole time which made it very uncomfortable.
So frustrating! I haven't been in to the medical side for a few years, but called this morning because I have had a reaction to something and my face looks like it's covered in chicken pox. I was told when I called that they weren't scheduling new patients until May, then dead silence. When I asked if that meant no one was available to see me even though I wasn't a new patient I got a one word response - "No." I've been frustrated with them before over appointments for one of my sons (always calling and rescheduling - it became endless). Done here and looking for someone else who understands that doctors are in the patient service business.
