Purchased several items online. They make paying easy and charged my card the sane day but it took over two weeks to receive my order. When I received my order the clothing was in the wrong size and color. I think this a vocational school for the illiterate or something because no one there seems to be able to read correctly. Next time I'll spend a little more and go to a local store.
If my husband and I can give you one piece of advice avoid Sheplers online and call center like the plague. They have the worst customer service agents. They are incompetent to say the least. We gave them two shots on multiple products we tried to have delivered for our wedding. They will easily take your money, but good luck with getting your product. We had to speak with our bank multiple times and spoke with countless ignorant representatives at Sheplers Call Center. Please avoid buying any products from them. They disgrace their merchants. Impolite and beyond rude staff make just asking small questions unbearable. We are speaking with our financial institution this Monday to once again do another chargeback. The whole company is a hassle. If you can order your product from the manufacturer directly please do. We would not want anyone to go through what we experienced. They are the type of people that are unable to do basic tasks and apologize for their mistakes. It's sad that a business has the type of staff and work ethic it does. It has the potential to be superb, but they just have the wrong attitude. I am sure its not the hard working warehouse or other employees just the miserable call center. They have lost alot of respect and certainly multiple customers money.
They have a great website but I really like to shop in the store. Very nice selection and very helpful and knowledgable sales people. When they didn't have my size, they ordered for me and had it shipped to my door at no extra charge. Fantastic boot selection.
