Terrible. This review is not only about this location but all. I have called multiple times trying to do business with them. Not only was setting up online account access horrible, so was paying off my loan and closing my account. The customer service representatives are powerless to act and are therefore very reactive. Last time I spoke with them I was the one coming up with solutions to my problems. I was sent to a "manager" to help me and they couldn't even come up with ways to help. When it comes to banking they are in the stone age. If you are affiliated with the military stick to USAA.
BOA overall sucks. They have just gouged my wife and I for the last $35 overdraft fee they will ever get from us. They are super efficient in waiting to debit your account until that debit amount will overdraft you then post it and quicly charge their fee. We just took it for granted that our money was in good hands. Not paying attention for a few years then got bored a few days ago and decided to pull up our acct online. WOW 19 OVERDRAFTS IN 13 MONTHS. F**K YOU BANK OF AMERICA. YOU PREY ON HARDWORKING FAMILIES SUCH AS OURS. SHAME ON YOU

Can't even give this company a 1/2 star, even though the computer is making me give them one. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...they never return phone calls or emails and they give us wrong info, etc. DON'T BANK HERE unless you want to feel like they don't care if they have your business or not Can't wait to take our business elsewhere.
If someone who banks there writes you a personal check, Meritrust requires you to provide for them and allow them to retain your personal information in a 'profile' stored on their computers. They would not tell me what they do with this information, but if one has i.d. that was always sufficient to cash a check written on their institution in the past. The staff was extremely patronizing and didn't care about my concerns or answer my questions.
If you are not a member of Commerce Bank they treat you like crap! They can't and won't give you a straight answer. All they care about is money in their pockets. Darrell, located on Central Ave, cut me off and then pretty much hung up on me so if you like this kind of treatment, this is the bank for you! I'm looking for a CREDIT UNION because they treat you with RESPECT, something Commerce needs to learn!!!!!!!
We normally call the bank when someone writes a check at our business to verify funds. We understand that verification does not mean guarantee as the money may be withdrawn shortly after but it will give us an idea.I chatted, called the bank then sent me to customer service as they don't do fund verification. I was told I will have to present the check at the bank or deposit it at my bank. They only have one branch in Wichita, on the other side of town. I could 've done without the 35 mile round trip to make sure the check is good. Not very efficient or convenient way to do business. Hopefully, I don't get too many people bank with them so I don't have disrupt my business.
