Horrible experience with the manager Richard, and I will never go back. Customer service and kindness is everything in sales, especially as a Christian company. Employees who are rude and don't know how to treat their customers are the reason stores like this find themselves struggling and customers turn to online stores instead.

Horrible experience with the manager, Richard. He was rude to my child, rude to me and was confrontational and unapologetic. He scolded my son and when I asked why, he acknowledged that my son hadn't done anything wrong but was just acting suspicious. I would understand if a child is ill-behaved (although even then I personally would address the parent vs the child unless they were in danger) but my kids were being very well behaved and weren't hurting anyone or anything. Not acceptable and I will never go back. It's sad that this is how a Christian establishment is run. Please find a manager that enjoys people and deals with kindness and grace.
I've had two really bad customer service interactions with this store. I called twice after they opened, and no one answered the phone. Then I called again on my lunch break, and I was put on hold for 5 minutes with no return. I called again, and they wanted to put me on hold again. I said no, I've been hold for 5 minutes, I just need a question answered. I ordered a book on Monday, here it is Thursday, I never received a call that it came in. So this was why I called, only to find out that the store never ordered it. After today, I will not be returning to this store!!
