I had Medical Appointments & so they sent Best Cab to take me & bring me back home. I live in Dodge City & my Appointments were in Garden City. The drivers name was John. There were ALOT of problems with this driver! His van stunk so bad, that before I even arrived at my appointment I was feeling sick at my stomach. He was on the phone the whole 40 minutes & when he was not on the phone he was texting! When he spoke he had horrible breath. I made a Complaint about the whole thing & I see that Best Cab don't really care!! For this happened a week or so ago & I seen the same Filthy driver & same Filthy van 2 days ago.. Best Cab what is ur Problem?

WORST * TAXI * SERVICE * EVER* NOTORIOUS * FOR * HANGING* UPPlease call best cabs if you are in a hurry. Or seriously need a ride home or somewhere else.. One day i needed a ride back from work and i called them 30 mins early to get ahead of time they said it will be there "Shortly" I waited an hour and when i called back they said " Hey , yeah um your cabs like right down the street" I waited another hour and they took all their anger out on me and said " LOOK HES AT THE HOTEL DOWN THE STREET MA'AM I CANT RUSH HIM" Then hung up.. I walked home
I was at the Wichita International Airport in the Taxi loading zone with not one taxi in sight when I called at 8:17 AM. They said they would send a taxi. After 20 minutes I called back after not seeing any taxi, and again they said they would place a call to their drivers. Later, after over 45 minutes of waiting, and being put on hold for a while, they told me that they would only place a request to their drivers to go to the airport, and that it was their choice if they wanted to pick somebody up, because I would just jump in the first taxi I saw, and so therefore their drivers usually wouldn't go to the airport. What kind of insane business practice is this? Absolutely no taxis at the airport and the drivers can choose not go, despite multiple request calls? In the end I didn't use them at all and I literally had to get help from a police officer who was there. I wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business soon and I also suspect some of the more stellar reviews on this site are actually company shills.
I arranged for a 7:15 a.m. pickup to the airport. The driver arrived 15 minutes early so I rushed to head down to my cab. I noticed there was no meter running, which was odd. When I arrived at the airport he said the fare was $13. Every other time I've taken a cab, it's been less than $9 heading to the airport. I called the dispatcher and she indicated that was not done correctly and advised me to call Tim or Tom on Monday, and I certainly will. So beware greedy Best Cab drivers! Uber and Lyft, here I come!!!
Run from this company! Called @ 9:00am to request a taxi pickup @10:00am. Dispatcher said, "okay, we'll be there at 10".At ten minutes after 10, I called to see where my taxi was. Different person was dispatching. She informed me that 20 minutes wasn't enough time to ensure getting a taxi. ??????. I told her I arranged for this pickup at 9:00 and NOT when I called ten minutes ago. To he young lady informed me that the call at 9:00 didn't make any difference. I should have called and told them how important this ride was; why I needed the ride so she could get a taxi to me on time.She said it was my responsibility to do this. I am sorry but I didn't get the memo.Bottom line: don't bother calling early for service. And make sure you have a good enough reason for the request.
They took twice the time they said on the estimate and this is not the first time. This has happened. Not the worst in wichita. Still not happy.
My driver showed up to pick my uncle and I up in Syracuse kansas ten before we were told that she would be there and any time we asked her to stop on the way up to Wichita and back home she did.
If i had the option, i would give this place 0 star. My cab driver was disrepectful, nasty and rude to me & my 2 little kids. His car was dirty & full of trash. The worst part was that I did not tip him... but i just found out that he tipped himself. Thief!!!! Here's a picture of the inside of his cab.

Horrible, Horrible...Zero star if I could and it's actually overrating them!I had the worst customer service ever on earth!!! called to book a cab for tomorrow morning 6:45 for work at a restaurant, the lady was extremely rude, put me on hold several times and finally told me they could not take me because that restaurant opens at 11 am, I explained as an employee I have to be there by 7:00 am, but she hung up on me, I had to call back to complain about such unacceptable behavior, but she kept on stating the place opens at 11 am and there is no way they will take me there at 6:45 am and cut the line, 6 times in total ( I called 4 times and my wife 2 times). I called best cab, 1 call and in less than 5 minutes everything was settled! I sincerely think such company which has no respect for people should not operate! Kansas Labor Department should look into all these negative reviews and just ban this horrible company from practicing! Period!!!
