I have only lived at one of Harmon's properties for about 6 months and already I regret making this decision! It is way over priced for the treatment they give you. They treat you like you are garbage and make sure you abide by what THEY say. Their maintenance is a joke and it takes about 3 attempts to get anything done. I currently live in a supposedly NEWLY built development, but it was so cheaply made that I have to get maintenance to keep coming out. Our first weekend there the sink flooded. And you try to set your schedule for them and they still won't help get things done. Matt apparently is the owner and he has some major authority issues. He treats you like you are LUCKY to be renting from him. Talks down to his tenants and just treats you like gum on his shoe. Just received an email from him staying that he will no longer be taking care of any maintenance issues due to the fact that I'm OCD and persisted thinks get five in a timely manner. He said he would consider my maintenance request if I apologized. His exact words, "Should you offer to apologize for your current behavior and pledge to correct your future behavior we may reconsider this decision." I actually work in property management and I would NEVER treat a good paying tenant this way no matter what! His assistant Alyce has only been nice to me one time due to my therapy dog. So, if you are looking to pay overpriced rent from the worst customer service company I've ever encountered. Where you will be treated like a paycheck and no importance to you or your well being, this would be the place! If not, stay away! As soon as my lease is up, I will be flying from this place. I do like being treated like a human being after all.

This company is the Worst and those people work there are the least to be trusted! I had a very bad experiences with them! In Sep2016 I signed a contract for a house rental in Woodlawn and 21st and I paid the deposit 2 weeks in advance. However the house was in a very bad Condition, not cleaned & not ready to move in. Right before I give deposit I asked them to clean it since I have to sign a contract that require me to give it back cleaned and professionally carpet clean professional company, Jason Gilstrap initial on the contract that he would have the house cleaned before the day of moving In. I trusted him & gave the deposit and on the day of giving me the keys The house was still in its bad condition not cleaned! I asked to get my deposit back, I wasn’t going to move into that house without it being cleaned. They refused to give me back my deposit And said that they forgot to clean the house. they said they can offer me another house $300 more expensive, far in the south away from the location I wanted but I had no choice but to except otherwise I’m going to lose my deposit. I moved into that house and regretted dealing with them. on the day of moving out of their property I have completed everything they asked for with them the contract so I can get my deposit back which is $800 , I provided evidence andreceipts that I hired a company to clean the carpet, I also made sure that I give it back way cleaner than how I took it. The carpet was not professionally clean when I moved I am but yet they required me to clean it professionally when I moved out. Few weeks later I received a check of $100 as the return of my deposit they have charged me $300 for carpet cleaning and they charge me $250 for cleaning the house, Not to mention the $100 for Bulbs and blinds, also a $50 for processing fees which I have already paid it when I moved in. This company is a scam and no one should ever trust them. They are the worst!!!!

I brought in a 1946 s wheat penny only this particular penny has a flaw. My penny has 19FG. The FG is over the 46 plan as day! The two men working the store denied the FG was there and said they only saw a 46. The two men said no flaw like that existed on the books. Well I already knew that! The coin has been sent to certified and will be put in the books as a new find. Should bring in a fabulous pay out in auction!!! Sorry for there luck! VERY DISHONEST SHADY STORE!
