If I could put negatives I would! They are EXTREMELY disrespectful and rude as well as VERY verbally abusive!!! Owner Alex Harb ripped people off so many times!!! He is a horrible businessman. Don't go to Meddys or Ribbit!
Joe was awesome! Brought my all in one down it had a fried motherboard. Decided I wanted to do the work myself. Only $50.00 for diagnostics and he gave me all the pointers I needed. Not may companies are willing to guide you once you decide to do it your self.... 5 stars
They used to be amazing with Customer Service. We are here on a Monday in December 2016 and have had the absolute worst service I have ever seen. No one comes by to ask to help you. Stood in line for 30 minutes one person at the register. Not sure what happens to this store but their service is no good.
Salesperson lied to me about product product broke before 1 year warranty Best Buy got out of the warranty said that I broke the computer the computer was manufactured effectively from Lenovo it's a Yoga 2 and the hinges Geek Squad ripped me off wanted $600 to fix it Best Buy will never get my business ever again I have spent $20,000 in the store over the past five years I pray to God they get disciplined and they go out of business
DONT GO THERE. They sold me a stolen phone, they would not refund me. At the same time I was there, another guy was complaining about a repair they did that didn't work and they would not help him.

I went to Ribbit Computers based on reviews and word of mouth. I was not disappointed. Their reputation precedes them I have a mid-2012 MacBook Pro that's been acting slow and sluggish lately. Assuming it was old and I just had a lot of junk on it so I didn't give it much thought. On Saturday (05/14/2016), I was trying to work from home and the slowness of the computer was seriously annoying me. I went into Disk Utility and tried to figure out what was going on. I got an error that something was wrong with my hard drive. I called Ribbit Computers without even checking their hours of operation only to realize they were closed. About an hour later I got a text from the same number. "Ribbit Computers will be open from 10-6 today. Is there something I can help you with? -Lessie" After giving a description of my issue, Lessie asked if I could come in.To me I had already received amazing customer service and I hadn't even walked in the door yet.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WON'T STAND BEHIND THERE CHEAP PARTS! I had them replace my screen and it didnt even 12 hours. Screen cracked WITHOUT dropping it in the exact same spot the old screen was cracked. Also there was a spot on the screen they said the battery was pushing on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
I love Action Rent to Own. I have been a customer for 3 years and everytime I needed them they ALWAYS game thru for me. They are AWESOME!!!!!
