Bill McCormick and his crew re-roofed my home and did a high-quality job. I was more impressed with their follow-up. We developed a leak and they were immediately out to resolve and did a follow up after the next rain. No hassle, clean quality work.
(Read Craigs post first). I was the one who was called to cover the employee who had a heart attacks shift. They called acting like she had a cold and then snidely asked me to go see what was REALLY going on. When I got there the clients were watching as EMS tried to get a heart beat. They watched her in her last few moments of life. I then spent 3 hours trying to get ahold of her family in which they had no emergency information. They didnt like the staff and in the office heard remarks stating how " they felt bad but didnt like her. She worked there for years and treated her terribly. They will cover anything up to hide pertinent information regarding abuse, exploitation and neglect from parents. They put high medical clients in houses with high behavioral. Terrible combination. Do not bring your children here. Just a New Age Institution.
Hires a LOT of illegals none of which are taught anything about OSHA safe worksite practices making any area they work in a liability. Would not recommend.
I just got done reading some of the reviews on here from previous employees of Paradigm Services and am gonna say that am not surprised at all! I worked for Paradigm for a while and I got to witness tones of nasty stuff going on to clients, staff, and parents!!! Staff were treated like slaves; they were just being used for the money hungry owner! Just last year, one of the female staff had a heart attack at work and passed away! While she was experiencing the early symptoms, she called to get relieved and no one showed until it was too late to save her! Clients were not treated equally by management; some used to get some privileges that others were not given and no reason was provided! It is surprising that the owner does not even know the parents for the clients she has! All she cares about is money and she will do anything to make sure she gets that! Staff promotions and pay increases depended on how well she liked you or you were willing to bend backwards for her! She is married to her partner but she would openly make out with the lady director and at times some clients have walked in on them doing it at the office!!! She pretty much can't keep it in her pants and that is why her partner decided to change locations! Staff training is terrible; staff get sent to work with clients without proper training and when something goes wrong the staff gets blamed for that! Communication is disastrous to say the least! Staff never get to hear anything from management until the last minute! I am sure if you ask any one of the regular staff that have quit or even still work there, they will all share the same story! We all need money and that is why some of them still wok there!Honestly, if you looking to get services for your client please look elsewhere. The same applies if you are looking for a place to work!!!

We stopped in once, and some jerk ( who was obvious friend w/ cashier) left his car by door w/ music SO loud, couldn't hear clerk. Then only a couple weeks ago, made the mistake of stopping in again, and the clerk literally bought some weed from a guy, while several of us were waiting in line. Don't care you smoke, but had my grandchild w/ me, and another child also in there, and they had NO consideration for this at all. I will NEVER go back there.
