I took a suit to be cleaned and the guy told me that I could pick it up the same day. I told him that I would come back in the morning. When I returned the next day he said it wasn't ready and that he might just throw it away. I was surprised at this comment how ever I told him that if he did I would sue them and left to go to my car. He followed me out the door and I'm sure that if there hadn't been a policeman sitting in his car out there this guy would have jumped me. Not only do they not do very good work they might beat you up. I can not remember when I have been treated so rudely by a retail business and some of them can be quite rude.
This place is GREAT, I was nice and comfortable, unlike sweating to death in other's I've done laundry at. They must have a hundred machines there, I've never had to wait to do my laundry, and I can either relax in the lounge with a snack and pop from their machines while watching the "game" on their big flat screen TVs. Many times I just bring my laptop and get on their free wifi, I've even watched a movie on my computer while there. I also get a kick out of watching the kids play on the playground, to bad that wasn't around when I was a kid.Like I said, this place is great, heck, it's even better than home.
I've been a customer for approximately 2 years and have ALWAYS had great service.. Until recently I was denied service because their attendant said they were too busy to take my 2 comforters. She called me after I complained to another attendant and tried to apologize on behalf of the owner and said I couldn't talk directly to the owner to voice my complaint. If the owner looses control of his employees, that's not good.
I used their drop off service for my husband's work uniforms. The uniforms were dropped off to 2 p.m. The attendant was very friendly, and the uniforms were washed, dried and folded by 5 p.m. the prices were reasonable and the service was friendly and fast.
I took my dry cleaning there because of the good price. I should have walked out when the guy in front of me was given the wrong suit back. After I picked up my stuff the next day and got home I realized they hadn't cleaned or pressed any of what I dropped off. I should have inspected it first, but when I called to let them know what happened the owner/manager (unsure which it was) was very rude. His words were "My people may do a crappy job at pressing, but they wouldn't just not do anything." At least they didn't ruin my items... 1 star
Have been there at least a dozen times now with two rather expensive suits. They get the job done. They dropped the suit and other customers Iitems once and got them dirty, so they re-cleaned it at no charge. Accidens happen and for the price who can complain!
Small place and can get kind of crowded. Great prices. you can get a 60 pound washer for only $4 a load. It is only 25 cents to dry and usually only takes 50 cents total to dry 10 pairs of jeans. All small loads are $1.50 and other big washers are $2.25 per load. Awesome owner and staff!
I will only do my laundry here. Very clean, best customer service & priced right. Thankyou for being there.
DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!!!!I took in my 600.00 Baroni suit. I was greeted by an unprofessional staff that looked like they just came in from the street. I should of followed my intuition and walked out. Unfortunately I left my suit. It was wrapped and when I unwrapped it at home it looked like it got run over by a truck without the dirt. Luckily I bought it from a high end retailer/tailor that was able to save it.I would never ever go back to any of the Martinizing dry cleaner stores. Please DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have used Miller's for awhile now, and today they lost a customer. I had 6 shirts that were supposed to be pressed only. I pick them up and the charge is $41!!! After a call to someone, they agreed to reduce the price to press only which was still $31! After looking at the shirts, one shirt didn't even have the sleeves pressed. Two other shirts were not adequately pressed either. Solution: leave them so they can repress, but isn't my time and gas worth something? You can't just discount while I am there? Or, per the website, free if you aren't happy? Solution: take business elsewhere.
