Pawnshops: 10 Things to Know »
Most people think of pawn stores as a way to make cash quickly or a place to buy an inexpensive ring. In reality, they're a lot more complex than simple buy-and-sell transactions…
I absolutely love this little gem here in Wichita Falls! I was looking for a local place I could get various products to make sushi at home (eel, masago, kewpie mayo, eel sauce, etc) and wasn't haven't any luck until I found this place! They sell various frozen, cold, and dry products- as well as produce in the back of the store that you may not find anywhere else in town! Their curry selection and miso soups are amazing as well. They also have various gift type things and Asian memorabilia throughout the store. Couple all these awesome things with the fact that the owners and workers have always been incredibly helpful and kind whenever I've been around, and you have an awesome business I highly advise anyone to visit!
The male hispanic insinuated that i was tryn to steal gas, i paid and never got my gas this guy who is rude, and obviously cant handle multiple customers, either gave someone else my gas or never turned it on. I would not recommend EVER going here u might get blamed for other incompetent peoples mistakes.
I am writing to complain about the HORRIBLE service I received at this store. Any time I shop at this store I can NEVER find an associate to help me, so as a last resort I have to ask the cashier for help and he is ALWAYS so rude to everyone. His name is Mr. Bob. I usually make an effort to drive further down to road to another store rather than to stop here, but today I was in a hurry and running late. The first thing that really irked me about my encounter with Mr Bob was when I asked him to check the price of and item that I had found on the wrong aisle. His response, "How am I supposed to know? Why didn't you check the shelf when you picked it up?" Normally I just brush comments like that off as joking, but his mannerisms told me otherwise. I bought about $25 worth of product and asked if I was able to get cash back. He said yes but only in increments of $10, $25, and $50. Which was fine since I needed $40. I selected $50. When he went to get the money out of the drawer, he stopped and said he didn't have enough money. So he called a manager over and told him the same. The manager Tim looked over his shoulder and said "yes you do" and pulled out 4 $10s and 2 $5s. as the manager turned away Mr. bob looked ant me and said, "Don't you ever do that again! Next time I see you I just won't give you your money. Now you left me with no money in my register!" If I didn't have my children with me and wasn't already late, I definitely would have had a few words with him and Tim who just turned away and acted like he didn't hear. Now I don't know about you but I do not think that is any way for an associate to talk to a customer at a place that has the word "Family" in it's name. I hope you are proud of yourself Tim for just standing back and allowing an associate like Mr Bob to work at your store and openly insult a customer, any customer, and not do a thing.

Dillards think every black person who come through their doors are shoplifters. My hard earned cash will happily go else where!
Great. Store and excellenct prices
We go there regularly. Mostly veggie, fish, and meat are fresher than others. The only thing is, they sometimes sell already-expired cooked product. One time we bought italian bread which was expired 3month ago. I guess that's consumers responsibility. Just check those things, and you can be happy!
I am writing this review to help my friend who buying grocery from this store. i used to buy lots of grocery like rice, packed vegetable curry, and lots of sweet. one day i saw package over there was expired i told register attender regarding expired item, he put that item on table. i left , i got lots of grocery that day . i opened one package and inside packing were already opened. i complaint in store and he didn took any action.i saw many items are expired since many month. so if you going to buy any thing from this store make sure its fresh, and if it comes with two packing make sure packing inside the first packing were unopened.
Store is ok. Just ok the management stucks alot of panhandling out front of the store, and the staff i guess watches everyone like their stealing stuff so i take it like they have a major problem with that issue. Only go to tht store when i have to.
