Todd's Fast Lube

We dropped our car off for a coil and driver side door handles to be replaced. He put black parts on a silver car without asking. He lied, saying they no longer made silver parts for such an old vehicle. I called the dealership (who he said he'd called) and they said not only did they have them, but they received no calls about a silver car. I then asked who he orders parts through. When I called them (auto center on Henrietta street), they told me they didn't carry the coil in stock and it would take two days to get, yet he had my car fixed in less than a day. I asked him what his upcharge is on parts and he said 20-30% yet the parts place told me their cost and he charged me over 200%. The parts shop also suggested I ask him to produce the invoice to prove the part was new when I mentioned it was todds fast lube. Ray ( the owner of todd's) became very aggressive, refusing to provide the invoice, saying he didn't have to, and yelling about his overhead and needing to pay his employees. He said his father-in-law owns the shop and is the one who automatically puts part prices in the computer, yet I cannot call him directly because he is supposedly ill. Then when we brought the door parts back to get a refund on the black parts, he said it was a "matrix" in the computer and his wife said he's the owner and has been for years. His story changes constantly. He would not prove it was a new part, and I fully believe a junk yard part is in my vehicle. He does not have a good reputation in town and as we have followed up on his stories they have all proven to be lies. I would highly discourage any one from getting their vehicles fixed here.
