Rays Scrap Metals

In my opinion rays is one of the worst scrap yards to go through. They are very unreliable. I have called many times in the past two weeks to see if they could pick up my car and every time I got the same answer "We can pick it up tomorrow."

The only reason they get one star is because I have to rate them at least one.

Every time I go to Ray's I get the best customer service and a nice conversation. When I went to Bell Processing I had to stand in line forever and the cashier was rude. I have never been treated badly at Ray's. All the people that work at Ray's are great people.

Ray's Scrap Metals is absolutely the best scrap center in wichita falls. Every time I take something to bell i get ripped off on my weight! Take your scrap metals to Ray's for a friendly and pleasant experience plus good money.
