        Overall

        This company has the worst customer service of any HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and inconvenient. You would think a company who is in the service industry would work with their customers schedule. I called them back 15 minutes after they left a message at my office and they didn't answer their phone so I left a message and never got a call back so I called to see what the deal was and they said since I didn't answer them when they called my office they cancelled the order with my home warranty service. Being in client service myself I cannot imagine treating someone the way this company treated me.
