Rude. No customer service skills. Do not acknowledge you or tell u how long. Just leaves the room with no explanation. The phone is in a place where they turn their back on you. Abrupt. Multiple excuses. I understand that they are remodeling but there were 3 other associates that were there that could have answered the phone or helped customers. On of them was sitting in a chair stocking, couldn't get up to answer the phone. Only 2people that work there we're helpful on the 2 days we were there. And they were the only ones actually working. The manager finally came out when I asked the desk clerk if she was going to get some help or not (this person did not stop stocking untill there were 3customrs waiting, only greeted 1)And the manager was abrupt and didn't unders what I said, I had to repeat myself 3times. And when I said that they all needed to work on their customer service skills, she stated that they were busy. Not an excuse.

Beware!!!!! The current General Manager has the customer service skills of a tyrannical debt collector. There is no culpability or accountability with this Manager. He would much rather argue, interrupt and be condescending than actually try to come to some resolution. I have been a loyal customer of Eyemart Express for over 20 years and will continue to be, but I will be driving 45 minutes to Lawton until this Jerk is replaced. So goes the leadership, so goes the employee morale.
