Instead of resolving an issue regarding a poorly communicated decision with a focus on customer service, the owner chose to be verbally combative, accusing me of putting words in his mouth and trying to get over on him. Upon discovering that I would share my experience on social media, he accused me of trying to blackmail him (my innocence is evident in this review).After getting caught up in his own deception, the owner agreed to give me a 100% refund. The dispute was over his attempt to refunding only half what was due. He also subsequently mailed me a copy of my contract with a type-written (as in typewriter) note advising me to review a specific clause. The clause in question was the one that speaks to A1 making no promises that the items rented will suit the desired purpose. This demonstrates that the fellow still doesn’t understand that the problem was a poorly communicated or non-existent refund and/or restocking policy compounded by incredibly poor customer service.
When we talked to D.Bishop (owner) he was arrogant and tried to tell me what I wanted! Would not use this group to sell or buy a tent! Stay away!
heritage house apartments is ok apartments to live at all bills are paid and reasonable rent. but sad thing is they are the only apartments allowing ppl that have assult felony back grounds to move in more and more lately.its getting scary when you know ppl that are known for assulting ppl can live here
i am really happy with the results of our new manager debra,she is doing a fantastic job on our apartments and we are just soooo extatic with how she is getting the job done we have lived here for almot two years and our apt had alot of problems and fix its well when she got here all of it was fixed in the one day we told her we have a problem, or two!she took really good care of everything and we now have a tub that drains a wall frame back into place and a working gate!!!!! also a really cool paint job all around the campus. thank you debra!
