        BEWARE

        Took my dog there and the groomer ( Beverly) cut my poor pup this had never happened b4 with any of the other groomers , she was extremely pushy when I didn't want extras on my bill . Would not go here again !!

        great place to babysitter your furry children!

        the staff at this petsmart in whittier is extremely friendly with not only the dogs but with the people that bring them there. I have had great experience with them taking care of my small dog and treating him so very well. I'm not too keen on the fact that they have to relieve themselves indoors, but I understand that they cannot take time out to walk 20 dogs per day. I would recommend this petsmart and this staff if you need somewhere to take your dog where you will not worry and they will be returned to you tired and happier than when you dropped them off.

        I would not recommend this place at all. Dont take your dog or cat there to get groomed. I took my two dogs to get groomed. Within 20 minutes they called me and said there was accident. One of my dogs got his nail caught in the cage and they said it ripped off from the cage. I took him to get groomed not to be caged up. If they are busy they can tell us they dont have time and they are booked. I would have accepted that. Some dogs dont like to be caged. Mine are one of them. They do this in the doggie day care too.
