I signed up with ME one year ago and was happy with my messues. However, I can't say the same thing about the staff. Yes, they are friendly, but when you call, they place you on hold for more then 8 minutes. That's a long time.Furthermore, they offered my son a bimonthly membership. So far, they charged my credit card twice and when I called to make an appt for him, they said that they couldn't see him because he's making an appt on the month that his acct is frozen. THAT WAS NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME WHEN I SIGNED UP! I called and spoke with Michelle, who in return contacted Katrina. Per their statement, they cannot do anything about it and when I requested my money back for my son's charges and cancel his membership, Michelle's response is that I have to pay for 12 month and then I can cancel the membership. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They take no responsibilities for not informing the client, yet they want to keep us responsible for their mistakes.SHAME ON YOU!!!! I DO NOT recommend this location, especially dealing with the staff. Be careful what you sign up for.
