Ansco Seed, Inc was started by Aage Neldeberg and his son Kurt in 1979. Over 30 years later, we continue our soul mission of providing the seed industry with the highest quality irrigated seed corn products at a competitive price.Located just east of the Missouri River between Sioux City and Omaha, our grower base consists of some of the most fertile ground in the state of Iowa. We have access to over 2, 700 acres of ground averaging 80+ CSR. Nearly 2, 000 acres of 80+ CSR is connected into one giant block of production directly around our plant. This access to large blocks of production allows us to more efficiently control our isolations and maximize seed acres.Our growers are some of the most conscientious farmers in the industry. With most of the acres they farm being seed corn, their attention to detail has allowed us to provide our customers with seed that meets or exceeds both yield and quality expectations.
