Overall

They were very knowledgable and helpful as we picked a wood burning insert for our home. Installation was done with expertise as well as a service call a year later. I referred them to a neighbor who has also done business with them.

Tried for 2 months to get them to service gas unit. If you don't buy from them you go to back of list every time.
