They hit my daughter up for her gel nails which should of been $40 and charged her $65. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. NO NAILS ARE WORTH $65. They should be shut down!!!
I honestly receive EXCELLENT service because everyone: staff instructors, students are very cordial respectful and knowledgeable. I come here becaus…
I use to go here all the time but stopped for a couple months. They never greeted me when I came in or said how long the wait was. Seemed like their "regular customers" were more important than my friend and I. The woman doing my friends nails let a regular customer of hers badger her into rushing so she could get her nails done. There is nail polish on her toe, it was done very sloppy. Not very professional if you ask me. I went to pay and the women said "oh no, we don't accept cards, we have it right here on the side we only accept cash". It was written very sloppy and was not noticeable. It still says out front they accept Via, MasterCard, etc. That is VERY poor business and I was very angry I had to go to an ATM, and get charged a service fee. A GOOD BUSINESS would have taken the sign down out front saying they accept cards, or covered it up. This was a terrible experience and
Long story semi short, I've been going here for years so this is years wrapped up into a paragraph. I loved Tina! I was always recommending people to the salon b/c she did such a great job. Several times I felt uncomfortable when I was the only customer in the salon not offered a drink, or when my friends I sent to the salon were charged less than what I was for the same service, or when it started getting to the point where I couldn't get my nails done how I wanted them b/c Tina "didn't have the time", or when I was 7 mins early and told to hurry up during my appointment and pick my color b/c Tina's next client was going to kill her, or when I was told I was going to be blocked from texting/calling b/c I couldn't get my nails fixed that I paid $47 for that chipped within the first 2 hrs that I got them done, or when I walked in and was clearly being talked about, shall I go on? I always tip AT LEAST 20%, I bring drinks or whatever for Tina b/c I know she gets busy, I pre-booked my appts, they've gained several clients from me & I was VERY disgusted by the way I was treated for asking to get my nails repainted within the next 48 hrs that they were done. So it got to the point where I called the salon and specifically said "I'm trying to be as nice as possible, I don't know how to put this, i have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed b/c you can't fit me in, is there anything you can do about the money?" & I was told, well yelled, "i wiIl give you some of your money! I can't do this anymore this is too much, every time..." & yada yada until I hung up on the nonsense. I thought I had a good relationship w/ my nail tech, Tina, from the beginning, but apparently it was just a front. So if she's talking about another client to you, what do you think she says about you when you're not around..Needless to say, this was THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced, I will never go back there again, I will never recommend anyone to go there. Their loss, not mine.
I don't really know lot of nails salon around here but decided to go to Bliss nails today. I wish I read the reviews before going in but it was a last minute decision. I went in at 10:30am and requested a full set. This lady in a white puffy Bebe jacket has on a resting b$!?h face the whole time she did my nails. She gave an attitude and roll her eyes when I told her she didn't file my tip into a round tip right. She rushed through and actually clip my pinky finger. I can't even wash my pinky because the water for some reason caused me more pain. The UV lamp that located under the nails station was a bit hot that it burn one of my fingertips. Now I have a bit of discomfort on my right hand so I will keeping an eye on my fingernails for the few days. After she finished painting my nails, the tech lady move me to the drying station by 10:55am. She grab her bag and rush out of th salon before I can even say anything to her. She finished my nails in 25 minutes which is the fastest time for me to get a full set and you can tell she rushed through. One nail has a dent, two nails look like it got a speed bump, and one of my thumb look like a hill in the middle of the nail with two completely flat sides. I will be going to my old nail salon in NJ to get it fix. I will never come back to Bliss Nails & Spa. I will be telling my friends and family in the area to never go there. Trust me. With my review and the other people's reviews, you would be better off somewhere else.
This business is the best, The owners are very friendly and listen to your wants and needs,, very clean and up-to-date, they treat you like family,, I will definitely be a customer for a very long time
I have been to different salons over the past years. I highly recommend a pedicure or nails service done. I have been coming to the salon for over three years and I have never ever had a bad experience. They are always friendly and well experienced. Tina and Andy are so nice, and they go out of their way for anything you need.
Love this salon! I've been coming to Andy and Tina for several years and my nails always look perfect. They are the nicest people as are all their employees. You will absolutely love their work.
I met Tina and Andy the owners back when they were working for a salon on Airport Road. They eventually left and opened this salon themselves. I've been to many other salons in the past. The first thing you'll notice is that they don't talk about you in their language as you're sitting there. In many salons, the Vietnamese women chat in their language and it's obvious they're talking and laughing about customers sitting in front of them! Tina and Andy are Americanized enough to know that you don't keep customers that way. They are welcoming, always interested in chatting about new things, and sincerely want to earn a good review from everyone. Plus, I only have Tina doing my nails. I'm kind of picky about how I like them done, and out of all the salons I've been to, she's the ONLY one who does them right. I do pink acrylics and keep them very short and polished. All the other salons think I'm ridiculous for wanting them short. Tina knows that whatever the customer wants is fine
I love Schadt Avenue Nails! They are friendly and always do a great job. They are so accommodating to my schedule and always fit me in. My nails come out great every time. I highly recommend them! The owners Tina and Andy are the best!
Had the most fun!!. They are such great people!! My nails are always beautiful and i love them!!!!!!
