I beg everyone to please not use this company. It's a total rip off!!! As a homeonwer I used this company to manage my rental. 2nd II Worst Management, owes me over 6 months of rent @ a total amount of over $9K. The tenant has paid the management company faithfully (with receipt inhand) and what 2nd II Worst Management would say is that the tenant is behind. The best criminial in the whole DMV. PLEASE LOOK AT THE MARYLAND JUDICIAL SITE AND LOOK UP KENYA HUNTER and you will see how many individuals she has robbed, or search the web for this company. You'll see what I'm talking about.

RUN RUN RUN!! and don't look back, this company is not reputable. They will not return phone calls or messages. I rented a property from this company for 1 year and they failed to return my security deposit of $1500.00. If you value your sanity stay away from this unscrupulous organization

Run away from this business as fast as you can. They will happily take your money and then they will completely ignore you! They will not return e-mails in a timely manner and will not return any phone calls. Kenya Hunter, the CEO, is the worst offender of the bunch.
