I went for my biannual appointment. The girl who did the initial exams did not know what she was doing. I paid an additional $25 for some sort of extra testing. She tried 3X and could not get one of my eyes done. It left my eyes red. She said we would try again after the exam and she had just started. She didn't even wipe the equipment off until I asked her to. When the exam was over, I told the doc I had to see her again and he said not to worry. I was worried, since I paid additional $ for this. I ordered my contacts, a new pair of sand had new lenses put into an old pair. Not a cheap visit. When the orders came in, the old pair that lenses were put in was cracked. I was told that this can happen. The better time to have told me that was BEFORE they took my $. They did nothing to correct this.

I went for contacts and they tried to order the wrong contacts. Then they lost the glasses I wore to my appointment. I had to call three times to get them to order the correct lenses. Then they never called when they came in. Once I finally get my contacts I will never go there again.
Bil Yakich · Paramedic at Elizabeth Township Area Emergency Medical ServicesTraumatic experience. Went for contacts, they dialated my eyes and said they couldn't do contacts because of that. The doctor had no personality and was rude. They cost me my benefits and charged me $50 in cash before I could leave. I never got the glasses because they were the wrong prescription. They refused to deal with the situation and had the nerve to tell me I was due to have a new exam 2 years later, like nothing happened. I was so traumatized I haven't yet gone to get new glasses or contacts.
