Overall

I am older my body has been through many injuries, disfuntions, and cancer. All that being said, I expect to be treated with basic human respect. There is never a reason for a medical professional to be unkind to patients.
CPS is the ONLY pain management facility that I have not only been treated with respect, but kindness and friendliness. Most importantly the doctor (Barbara Schooley) is kind, funny, respectful, CARING and PROFESSIONAL. Do not waste your time and money with any other so called helping professionals. Dr. Barbara Schooley is the best in her profession in this area.

Overall

I have just started my treatment at this new location, and am new to CPS. Katherine was super helpful on taking my referral and making sure my first visit was a success. Dr. Schooley really listened to me, and took me seriously. I did not feel rushed or ignored. She got my mri ordered immediately (literally) and we are working on treatment plans for the multiple issues I have with my back and neck.

Everyone at the office is very helpful, friendly and professional. I have yet to call and not have someone actually answer (I know!!) and/or call me back asap to answer my questions.

So far so good. Once you've been treated like a number, not cared for, not called back, mis diagnosed etc, you will really appreciate a place like cps. Thanks so much, I feel better than I have in months.
