bad customer service Clark convince store,# 654 n. main st. white hall IL. phone 217-374-2111 this day Nov. 2ND 2010 10am. i stopped by for gas, and a cup of coffee, like many times befor, on the one morning,after returning to my car, and taking a sip of my coffee i noticed it had a strong and bitter taste ,i took it back inside and let the cashier know about the coffee ,and ask if i might could get a norther from one of the other pots,that is when the cashier informed me that she has not had any complaint's about the coffee,and in a very rude manner informed me that i could not receive any from the other pot, that is not how you provide good customer service, i have worked in retail for several years but wold not have lasted long with that kind of customer service,this store will not receive any of my business after the date, and from any one that i inform of this kind of service that i recived,, that would like to be treated with some respect , because we are the reason that the store and the employees are their, thank you very much.
