Company Profile Just Right Homecare was founded by Janice Ross, RN, in 2004 in a small downtown Wheeling office. Because the agency grew rapidly, an office with more space was necessary. As a result, the agency expanded into its current location in Elm Grove in 2006.We provide in-home homemaking and personal care services to those in need, whether you need assistance at home short term, after surgery or the birth of a baby, or long term, to spend your golden years in your own home.We maintain quality care by employing Registered Nurses to assess your needs, develop a plan of care and oversee the care provided by our homemakers in your home. All employees must pass our rigorous background check, including fingerprinting and employment referencing. Pre-employment and ongoing monthly training programs including competency testing are provided by the agency.Some agencies are too big to know you personally. Other agencies are too small and inexperienced. At Just Right Homecare, we are experienced and able to provide the personal care and assistance you deserve.
