Amerilube Oil Change Center

I was very pleased with the fast and speedy service that I received from Amerilube, and would only take my vehicle there to get serviced. After my last experience I will never return. I paid for full service and the next morning my car overheated because there was no coolant in my car! The receipt stated that if was CHECKED and FILLED, but it obviously was not. I was put in contact with the manager and he was extremely rude, unprofessional, and would not admit there was a possibility that their mechanic made a mistake. I am very disappointed with how this was handled, and will take my business elsewhere. Somewhere that I KNOW that the services I'm paying for are taken care of.

For the past few years I've been going to amerilube whenever I need an oil change , but throughout that time the mechanics there have *volunteered* to help me with various other car issues. The last time my Honda rattled and scraped into their garage it was in pretty rough shape. After having had an accident the previous day my front bumper, along with other important-looking parts in the belly of my car, were hanging down nearly to the ground. I only asked for an oil change, so they went to work changing it. I heard the mechanic beneath my car yelling to the other one, something about "hanging down", "barely made it over the rails". The other mechanic grabbed a box of tools and went underneath my car as well. Five minutes later my bumper and everything else was as good as new! They didn't even charge me extra! Where else can you get that service without being charged extra and without needing an appointment? I reccomend them to absolutely anyone.
