I am the legal guardian for an individual with disabilities. There were repeated issues with order fulfillment and delivery with this company, which led to me changing medical supply companies about a year ago. With the closure of the company I had switched to, I contacted Family Medical Supply to give them a second opportunity. In my letter of request that they resume as the supplier, I expressed that I had encountered previous issues, and asked that they please ensure that the issues did not occur again, as they created issues providing the appropriate care for my brother. The request was greeted with arrogance and denial, as if they were doing ME a favor, rather than me doing them the favor by giving them another opportunity to provide the supplies for my brother. The arrogance and rudeness, according to other's with whom I have spoken in the past and following what took place today, is typical, as are the issues that I experienced. At all costs, I would avoid doing business with Family Medical Supply unless you are in a position where you have no other options.
