        The person I talked to refused...

        The person I talked to refused to help with my problem or even look at the computer. He said that I had put it together so it was as useful as a brick. Very narrow minded and unhelpful.

        We strive to help every customer and in this case we were unable to do so. The comment about the brick was that he had "bricked" his system. That is when the BIOS gets confused and will not boot. The system then is unusable and the only resolution is to replace the motherboard. As is the case with any business, we try to serve where we know we can be successful. "Home grown" systems are ususally not serviceable because we do not have access to the replacement parts. We appologize if that was miscommunicated to the person that had called in.

        Saved My Work!

        I just returned home from a vacation, and when I turned on my computer to work on a project that was due in 2 days, I realized that my computer was dead. Worried about my computer, and more importantly, the information stored on it, I called the Tech Doctors to save me. Chris was able to help me that same morning, and by 10am I was back up and running. The problem was a faulty power supply, which cost less than $100 to replace. Thanks for being fair, fast, and available. Tech Doctors are now my go-to computer repair company!
