Overall
Horrible Customer Service!

I made an appointment for someone to come to the house and give me an estimate. They blew me off, not even a phone call. After calling them a couple times, I finally got a guy to show up a few days later. He told me they should be able to complete the service in about 10 days.

About a week later, I called to let him know I'd be traveling that week - so I thought I'd try to schedule the day for them to come by, maybe pay a deposit, get a written estimate, etc. Nothing. I called 3 times in a week and a half - nothing, no response whatsoever. We are now past the point where they said they would be able to do the service.

My husband called the guy and left him a message basically saying "hey, if you can't do it, just let us know so we can go in a different direction." The guy called me back at 9pm that night and his message went something like this:

"Hi, well... if the service in an emergency... here is the number of my foreman that you can call ... I am on vacation ... ... do you really need it done this soon? Sorry for the delay, bye."

NO THANKS!!! Stay away from this company!!! I never thought I'd have to bug someone so much to give them $1000.
