Beware...this company provides the worst Limo service in the metro Chicago land area. They're unreliable to say the least. I used their service on 2/9/2013, making reservations for an O'hare airport drop off for a 8 am flight 2 weeks in advance. I received a phone call from the company (Limos, Inc) on 2/8/2013 to confirm pick up for the following day at 5:30 am. On 2/9/2013 at 5:30 am there was no car and no call from the company. I called the company at 630/664-7106 and spoke with the owner who informed me the he was trying to get in contact with his driver. At 6 am, his driver "Charles" called to inform me that he would pick me up in 20 minutes, meaning he would arrive at 6:20 am, meaning I would miss my International flight. To rectify the situation to not miss the flight, I had to speed in my personal car to the airport where I met the owner at the terminal, leaving my personal car with him, a total stranger. But the travesty gets even worse. After (Limos Inc) being fully aware of my travel plans, I returned to O'Hare expecting the owner waiting with my car. After clearing Customs, I call the owner only to find out that he was in Wheaton. He told me that he had to clear his driveway of cars. To make a long story short, I waited 1 hr and 20 mins before he arrived with my car. I gave 1 star for this company only because I could not give anything less. This company is unreliable and managed by a clown. I purchased a voucher thru Groupon and will seek a full refund!!!!
Limo Inc changed the terms of conditions of their offer. I was willing to overlook the full voicemail and unreturned calls making it 3 days to confirm my reservation for yesterday. After all, I was booking for a pickup one week from purchase. I received a voicemail on Sunday Oct 30th, asking me to call back and confirm reservation for pickup Tuesday the 1st. However, there was no answer on Sunday, but I finally got through on Monday, Oct 31st. The dispatcher couldn't seem to find my reservation, but took all my information and said a car would be waiting for me at 5:25 am Tuesday morning at Ohare. When I arrived at Ohare, there was no car to be found, so upon calling I was told to to wait 15 minutes. It was actually 30 minutes. Therefore I was pickup 45 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. I had cash to pay the $4 surcharge per voucher condition and tip. However, a notice was posted inside the vehicle that I would be charged a TWENTY DOLLAR surchage
for tax, tolls, and gas. I've posted a picture at tinypic.com/r/2h3d5yb/5. This was a total scam and rip-off. If the supposed $75 value didn't cover tax, tolls, and gas, it should have been stated on the voucher. Per their own website, the charge from the airport to my city would have been $60 including fuel charge, so even though I wouldn't use the full value of the kgb deal, it was still suppose to be a cost savings. However, now I've basically paid the full price and had horrible service to boot. This has been my first use of kbg deals and I am beyond disappointed. I don't believe I will be using your company again, unless you can resolve this.
I engaged Limos Inc. to pick me up at Midway Airport. I made a reservation and the person who answered the phone took my information re flight time, arrival time, destination, etc., and gave me instruction to call upon retrieving my luggage. I called the company upon my arrival and there was no car available. There appeared to be no organization; and they did not have record of my reservation. The worst of it was that I was treated very rudely by the person on the phone. His demeanor and language were offensive. He advised that he would get a car to pick me up; I told him not to bother. I will never call or recommend this company. Terrible experience.
