I have mixed emotions about PCS. They have a nice spot set up so you can spend some time with your pet to say goodbye. John at the front desk was very compassionate, however no one else that walks into the office even acknowledges that you are there. The reason for the negative review of PCS is that while doing paperwork I mentioned to John 2 separate times that I wanted a clipping of my dogs fur and was told that they could do this for me. Well, I didn't get it, apparently he didn't write it on the paperwork so it wasn't done. This was really important to me and I just got an excuse for an apology.

They have a beautiful selection of Urns, keepsakes,etc. They were very accomidating and even went they extra mile to ensure that we had a final set of paw prints from our loved one. Very compassionate...excellent experience under the circumstances, very clean, very professional. Thank You....
I know several people who have had to use this business and they all said it was a good experience. I guess pets are peopl too.
