        Overall

        The taxes were done well. No complaint there. The prices are kind of high though. I have been going there for many years and I asked for copies of my returns because I lost them, so I could fill out my daughter's FAFSA for college. She charged me $25.00!!!! I told her that was pretty high for just copies and she told me that I have to pay her for her time that it took to do it (5 minutes). Who treats repeat customers like this? I cannot say how disappointed I am with this company for treating me like this.

        They messed up our 2010 taxes ...

        They messed up our 2010 taxes by claiming nearly 20,000 less income than we actually made and are claiming no responsibility and refusing to pay the interest and fees on the taxes we now owe a year later.
