If I could post 0 stars I would. I signed up for a class in April. Had to cancel a couple weeks ago (2 months before the class) due to work. Carrie, the owner's daughter, was VERY rude and will only ONLY give me a store credit even though no one else is signed up for the class. It's a VERY inflexible policy. The instructors are having health issues, so the class may be cancelled anyway. If cancelled I will get my $ back, but I won't know till the week of the class. I have never stepped foot in their store, and the way I was treated I may never go there! GO TO FANCY TIGER CRAFTS. Very nice people, great classes, and their policy is if you cancel at least 48 hours before the class you get a refund.

This is a premier quilt shop. It is a place I can always get the help I need and I am always made to feel at home. I came here from the East Coast where I had taken a lot of classes but never have I learned as much as I have from taking classes at Harriet's. It is the best and Harriet and Carrie are the best.

This is a great store - one of the very best in the Denver area! If you want to take a class and learn the right way to quilt and produce the best results you can, take a class from Harriet! I've taken several classes in the past 10 months at Harriet's, and have also take classes from instructors from other Denver shops in the last 5 years. The quality of the classes, and the genuine desire on the part of the instructors to teach you the ""right"" way, not just the fastest way, to produce a quilt, has made me a huge fan of Harriet's. The Quilter's Academy books she has written are also the best educational materials that I have found. I can't wait to see the next book!

I love this store! The first time I went there I introduced myself and said I was interested in learning to quilt. I was given a guided tour of the store, offered a class list and my questions were answered in a friendly welcoming way. I have since taken several classes (all awesome) and have always had my questions answered, friendly help provided and felt welcome. Great place!
