General Info
If you have a broken water or sewer line, all is not lost. It might be wet and soggy, but it is not lost or unfixable. The experts at Drain O Rooter are ready to come to the rescue at a moment's notice. We will take care of your sewage, pipe, and excavation needs, and we will do so with a smile. When you need sewer line replacement in Denver, you usually have three options. Our helpful staff will help you decide which option is best and give you a FREE on-site estimate. 1. Excavation If complete sewer line replacement is needed, excavation is usually the easiest solution. Our skilled staff will dig a trench over the outdated pipe, remove it, and install new pipe in its place. 2. Pipe Lining Pipe lining is a form of trenchless repair. By digging a hole at a specific location, we can insert and inflate a pipe liner. The pipe liner expands within the existing pipe, and sticks to the pipe walls using a resin adhesive. This seals up cracks and holes. 3. Pipe Bursting During pipe bursting, holes are dug at each end of the problematic area. A chain is then run between these holes. When tugged, the chain bursts and pulls out the broken or problematic pipe while simultaneously laying down the replacement pipe behind it. I used to work for this company I have to say that this is absolutely the worst company ever they don't have a master plumber so they are not allowed to do plumbing at all but they attempt it anyway..and I've worked for plumbline Triple A and Plumb Pros and now I'm working for a company called Our Drain An Sewer best company so far is not about sales which is great because all the other companies pay their technicians by commission this company is on hourly the owner is a Christian man name Mark Freiburg and his prices are great if you have a main line issue I recommend calling Our Drain An Sewer because Mark runs the main lines twice instead of a pop open and really works the blockages in the line PS Melissa is the owner of Drain o Rooter she commented underneath this one when I seen that I had to comment

Overall

I was very disappointed with the service AND price while working with this company. After our first interaction of being overcharged and dealing with a very uncommunicative technician, who wasn't able to answer our questions, we would have never worked with them again. They did, however, credit us the money we were overcharged (almost $100) which we appreciated, but did kind of force us to hire them again to actually "get" that money back. Their prices are too high and customer service is lacking. Since this, we have spoken with other companies that offer the same product for half the price - so, do your research, and clarify costs (they add a "service charge" on top of the actual services themselves). Keep in mind that if they find something wrong, they are hoping you hire them to fix it... another professional we were working with, who experienced both interactions with the technician, told us we shouldn't "pay them a dime," and couldn't believe the prices and seemingly lack of expertise of the tech.
