Horrible customer service. Won’t give you a repair window (of 2 hours) until day of appointment . Plan to take the entire day off of work so tech can stop by for mere 10 minutes. He called at 8:15 to tell us he would be there between 10am-12pm. Showed up, listened to explanation of problem sound (just bought this fridge by the way, brand new) but fridge was not making sound at that exact moment. He rudely explained all refrigerators make noise and people think because they are new they should be silent. He left without even pulling the fridge out or inspecting it. We called to complain and the manager was just as rude. She couldn’t care less that he did nothing more than open the doors and lay eyes on the front of the fridge. She even asked “well is it still making the noise?” As if having him lay eyes on it magically fixed it. Terrible customer service and no resolution
I couldn't be happier with A & K Appliance. My mother recommend them (she had purchased a HE washer & dyer and fridge from them). Our gas stove needed repair and they were quick to repair it and answer all my questions. Their knowledge and friendly attitude really eased my mind. I plan to use & recommend them for all my friend's and family's appliance repairs & purchases. Great prices and excellent customer service.
Horrible professionalism showed by the owner when performing a warranty call on a new building. He tried to charge for a very simple fix that could have been handled over the phone by his team. I let his service guy know that I would not pay for a service charge that I was never quoted when he said he would come out to do the warranty work. When the owner called me back to speak to me, he informed me that if I wasn't paying, he was cancelling my warranty and then hung up the phone before I could reply. No conversation whatsoever about possibly halving the cost for the shared negligence of the situation. Which means, I didn't read the owners manual and he didn't ask the simple question before creating a service ticket, and didn't quote me a service charge if there was no warranty work to be done.
Warranty issues were from customer not reading owner manual. Manufacture covers defects in materials only. Customer stated to our tech he would not pay and we felt he was in the wrong and contacted him to resolve issue. We are sorry but cannot run free service calls. The owner of this building has used us for a very long time as we handle his work with good honest service. We have been around since 1977 working with the best customers in Denver. We feel bad this customer had to complain this way and have tried to contact him by phone. Thank you, Alan
This is the worst company I have ever had to do business with. They are very rude and are unable to even stay on schedule or even call to say they would not be able to stay on schedule. I took an entire day off from work to have a washer delivered and they did not even remember that they were to deliver a washer. Do not do business with people, they are unprofessional.
We dropped the ball on this one. While we were nt rude this call was not sheduled in and we tried to handle as soon as we realized it was not completed. Thank you, Alan Houghton
