Weymouth Commons

The community calls itself luxury but that’s an absolute joke! There’s nothing luxurious about:

- A staff that’s neither friendly nor helpful.

- Maintenance that can’t talk to, you have to leave a voice message, which is rude and unprofessional if they decide to address your concerns.

- Outdated buildings that have numerous leaking windows & skylights.

- Streets that are riddled with potholes and are not cleared of ice/snow in a timely manner.

- Landscaping that is bereft of beauty and character.

- Washing machines and dryers that are broken half of the time.

- Heating that they say is included but they never tell you it’s limited to 65 degrees.

- The kitchens have extremely limited counter space and cabinets that are also outdated and falling apart.

- Balconies and window sills that are crumbling and stained; if you ask them when they will be fixed, they will always lie to your face saying “soon” and for me, that’s been over 2 years.



There are numerous character flaws with this property and anyone can do better. For examples of real luxury, try The Ledges or Southfield. These communities are beautiful to behold, well maintained and cared for.
