I had a great experience today. My Mom is 93 and needed a medical walker. They gave us choices and recommended the best value for the price.

We have been having a very negative experience with this company. THey are supposed to deliver to my partner every month and every month there is a problem and they don't. They don't call to say there is a problem and we have to chase them down. We will be changing medical supply companies asap. We would have sooner but it was so difficult to get started with them in the first place.

I agree with Stacia M. my mother bought a chair lift from these clowns, and we have had a lot of problems with it, and it takes me many phone calls to get them to come out and fix it. They never call you back, and it's even more frustrating when you need them to fix something that's a necessity to a 91 year old.

be careful when you buy here. THey grab the money and run. We bought a walker here and when it broke and we needed info to get it serviced we made six calls only to get a very hostile man telling us he didn't have to do anything. We will pay to get it fixed ourselves, but would never recommend this place.
