Debra Work was my salesperson and she was very professional, friendly, kept in touch with me until the vehicle I was seeking came into their inventory. She was friendly and honest. She also had the manager working with me too.
The entire experience was wonderful. First, I was greeted by the hostess/front desk. Very friendly and she was willing to immediately make me feel at home. Asked who I came to see/if anyone and while she called Debbie, she offered me coffee. Debbie asked me What is the most important thing you are looking for in a car? She did not ask me, what are you looking to spend? which I was pleased. We took a test drive, she really got to know me. They didn't have the car (I am looking at certified pre-owned). Debbie introduced me to Certified Pre-Owned Manager, the sales manager too. The dealership was first-class. It has been weeks and Debbie keeps in touch with me on a regular basis as to what inventory they have coming in. In fact, next Friday they are receiving one car that sounds to be exactly what I am looking for. I would recommend Debbie Work and the Lexus Of North Hills to my friends and family. They are great!
I stopped in witihout an appointment. Had a wiper problem on a brand new 2013 I was driving. Not only did David Wingard see me at once, he took care of the problem, didn't charge me and offerred a free car wash. Outstanding service to say the least! He was a delight.

I went in to Lexus of North Hills, to take my Husband?s Lexus RX in for the Free 5,000 service! My appointment began Thursday at 8AM. And it turned out, I had a nail in my wheel. That was a great find, as it was very unsafe to drive. Luckily for me, he purchased tire insurance for about 300, when the vehicle was purchased .So the new tire fee was waived. The staff checked in with me every bit of the way, on the status.. I ended up sitting at Lexus for about 3.5 hours. It took so long, due to my insurance on the tire?. The Tech had to take photos of the tire, fax it to the insurance company and wait for their approval on coverage. But hey that was ok with me! This dealership was SUPER Woman Friendly. 4 Other woman waiting on their car services, joined me in the waiting room. Some were watching Television, Some snacking on sweets, and one even getting a massage. (This dealership has a complimentary nail tech and masseuse! Every Woman?s Dream! Along with an array of cookies, and cakes, coffee, etc. ) I didn?t realize that I would be here so long? so I didn?t bring my laptop with me? so I sat in the computer room.. to do some work..They have 2 complimentary computers available for use, while waiting.. A little outdated.. and the keyboards could get replaced.. But hey! It got the Job done! My appointment ended 11:30, so it was time to head home? I walked out of there with less stress,(because I was able to take advantage of the computers to get some work complete)? new tire, a clean car, stomach full of cookies, and a Smile on my face!
Billco is a rip off. I use to have my serviced there and started to research cars for sale. They will take advantage of you every time. The issue is that no one does their research on what is out there and what they should be paying, so they think they are getting a deal, but have no idea what is really happening and what they should be paying. I realized after a period of time that the prices were outrageous on the service and the car sales. As a consumer it is vital to do your research and realize what else the market has to offer. Also the service at Billco is awful. They treat customers with absolutely no respect and try to charge them for things that they simply do not need. I experienced this myself and watched them take advantage of customers while I was waiting for my car. I would never do business with them every again and if you buy a car from them you are going to regret it for the lifetime of your car, their service is the worst I have ever experienced in the car industry.
