I was very impressed with General Plumbing. From my initial phone call, I knew I was dealing with a company that believes in providing outstanding customer service. Brandy answered the phone with a wonderfully cheerful and professional greeting. Our home was leaking 2000 gallons per day according to our really high water bill. When Terry Jones (master plumber and president of company) and his apprentice arrived, I was really impressed with their professionalism. They arrived when they said they were going to, found the leak (inside the toilet), wore protective foot coverings to protect our floors, explained everything they were doing, answered my numerous questions about adding a fuel efficient water heater, and were genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. I told them how impressed I was. As if that weren't enough, I received a coupon for $25 off the next visit and a fridge magnet. Brandy even called me the next morning to make sure I was completely satisfied. A+++++++
