Atlas Tile Carpet & Wood Flooring

After years of doing business and spending thousands of dollars between our rental property and our home, I am beyond disappointed with this " business " this past November we decided to redo our fireplace, we purchased the material and at the end of December our contractor started on the fireplace. We had to order more supplies, while doing so the owner ordered the wrong materials and I didn't find out until my contractor mixed the grout and opened the box, the owner ordered the wrong corner pieces, I called and spoke with Mark a young kid that works there, he said they will rush order another 2 boxes and they will be there on Friday. Keep in mind I had to pay my contractor for being here for the 3 hrs. I went on the Friday to pick up and instead of ordering 2 boxes they ordered 2 pieces, again I had told my contractor to meet me here, so there again I lost more money. The owner sacred like it was my fault and even slammed the back Door in my face..... the project was completed and we had extra materials to return ( never was told we wouldn't be able to return extras) they will only return 2 of the 4 boxes. I called them and told them after all the money they have costed me the least they can do Is refund all the unopened boxes. They said they didn't care how much money and how good of a customer I was that was there offer. Please do yourself a favor and do business with someone that deserves it. Many people that I have had do work at my house never had anything good to say about them, but for me besides them being rude I always bought from them. Tile and flooring is just down the street from them, and they are very friendly and helpful. I have never in my life left a review, but felt I needed to warn people. Tammy!
