I have been a loyal customer of Furama. I only order Chinese from them. I have probably ordered more than 30 times. My husband really likes there house made spicy mustard but they never remember to bring it even though i make a point to ask 2 or 3 times explaining i will pay extra. And i think there food is usually pretty good. Today was the worst experience i have ever seen in any food establishment in my life and i have worked in food and beverage for the last 15 years. I ordered moo shu beef and unfortunately the beef was clearly rotten. My husband called to get our money back for the item. The OWNER was extremely rude and wanted to know if we had eaten the item and of course we said NO. My husband was very upset with the rude comments so i got on the phone she was irate with me screaming and finally calling me a STUPID AMERICAN. She told me that she wouldn't give me the refund and hung up on me. I WOULD NEVER EVER SPEND A 0.01 in here ever again. All we wanted was a refund. The other owner I'm guess the husband came back to the house with a refund and was very pleasant and apologetic. I felt bad for him but his wife was so out of line.
