Cool Geeks

I have been working with Cool Geeks for two years now and they have been a pleasure. They are honest, dependable, timely, and very very knowledgeable. They help with desktop maintenance, support, servers, operating systems, printers, compatibility issues, viruses and malware. They can support all the technology needs and questions of my small business.

I am an office manager for a construction company. My computer is used for EVERYTHING in my job. I brought my computer to Cool Geeks. After 2 days without it, Joe called to say it was all set. It was not all set. It came back with more 'bugs' & shut downs that I've ever had. I brought it back; after getting a new hard drive, it still had many, many 'bugs'. I paid almost $300.00 to get my computer fixed. I now have a new computer and am out $300.00 with no refund in site. I will NEVER EVER set foot into Cool Geeks again. Very saddened & upset with my interaction with this company.
