Blind Man

The Blind Man, an irresponsible and unethical window treatment company, is harming consumers, and has a reputation for faulty work. They are incompetent, unresponsive, and almost impossible to contact. They mis-installed silhouette blinds operated by a wireless battery-powered riser in my home. Once the batteries needed replacement, I contacted The Blind Man (after many attempts) regarding the mis-installation, and then never received a call back after repeatedly leaving messages regarding repair. They do not answer the phone. The window bracket for the blinds was installed so that it completely blocked the power pack for the riser and obstructed the cover. The batteries could not be replaced! I gave up. I then called a different company and paid to fix the original installation so that batteries could be replaced. Other window treatment suppliers in the area have told me of consumer dissatisfaction with The Blind Man and recommended avoiding this company based on their horrible reputation.
